Trish was instrumental in securing the purchase of our new home as first time buyers. She showed countless number of homes until my wife and I were in complete agreement on the house of our dreams. During the loan process and title commitment, Trish's expertise helped avert a potential substantial financial error that would have cost us thousands of dollars. we were getting discouraged after shopping for houses with another Realtor to the point where we consider to stop looking for a while. Trish stepped in and helped us, the first day we went see houses with her we saw about 8 and all of them other than one we weren't sure about in the first place had lots of potential. But the most amazing thing is that, that same day we found our home!. It wasn't an easy road it was a foreclosure and it had other offers on the table, but she did her very best and got us out home! We couldn't be more grateful and happy! She is amazing and would highly recommend her to anyone.
